Yeah, blame it on the weather that the murder rate is down in the last few days
in New York City and that crime is down in the rest of the U.S. - it's not
snowing down here. So, how would the snow in Boston explain that there are
millions of individuals incarcerated for violent crimes at a cost
And from what I've been reading the New York and the northeast has a run
of bad winter weather with lots of snow. Not exactly weather for
