adopted, or are they holding him to try to reunite with his

sent all the links on. There are a handful of volunteers in the New Orleans area and on the MS coast
who try very hard to feed/water strays that they know were previously
owned. As people come back, they are amazed to find their cats
alive! Every day, the feeders try to
