There are some other goodies like equalizers etc. available from
the same page.
To burn the CD in AIFF, WAVE, or MP3, use iTunes.

If you have already deleted the staff, simply select the staff tool and
in the STAFF menu is the option to respace staves. This should solve
your problem.
