Actually, she probably never ate any garlic at all, but had discovered a garlic spray to put in her mouth to accomplish the desired effect -- getting all her students to practice really well so she wouldn't sit next to them. She probably smiled all the way through the note-perfect recitals.

To accomplish this in Finale would require double printing to get the landscape and portrait orientations on the same page. But it would only take two printings (assuming you measured and aligned things carefully enough) but you would have to use a font program to create a backwards C-clef. Y
