Thanks Noel. It's a strange ommission. Makes it very hard when using a lot a text boxes especially if they have specific fonts and sizes. It would be much easier to create one text box in the style and then copy and paste them as needed then the user would only have to edit the information but

Beeswax applied around the edge of the head where the thumb is to be drug across works extremely well to help produce a consistent thumb roll on a tambourine with a head attached. Mind you rock tambourines cannot achieve this effect. _

No percussion maven, I - but I think you just hold the tambourine in one hand (by the place on the rim where it is normally held) and rub your other thumb across the head. I usually see this done with the thumb moving in a circular motion about an inch in from the circumference of the head

Hello everyone, Is there a way in either Finale 2005 (current version I'm using) or the new 2007 to copy and paste measure based text boxes. I can't seem to find a way to do this. Selecting a text box only allows me to edit it not copy and paste it somewhere else. Any help appreciated. Trent

You want group barlines only at the end of each system? I can't think of a way to get that done automatically, but here's a method that might be faster than drawing them by hand: - Set the group to have barlines drawn through staves. Now of course you have many barlines where you don't want
