How I always set it up after system upgrades is to print a Configuration page
from the printer itself to see what IP address it has on the network.
Then use the HP JetDirect connection type and manually enter that IP address.
That usually does it for me.
Good luck,
Thomas

Craig, would you consider posting PDFs of a score and a part page and show us
what Dorico produces without having tweaked much?
Personally I’m more interested to see an orchestra piece.

I believe what’s going on here is Michael going from a minor to a major key (or
vica versa) - that will produce a cancellation of all current accidentals and
then restating the new key signature. Easy fix: only use major keys.

You could use Finale’s own Rebeam feature (under Utilities).
Simply select Rebeam to Time Sig and then select something like 16/16 - or
whatever fits your music.
That should break all beams

One has to hide key signatures in certain staves and place sharps/flats as
expressions into the score and then be super careful in the part stage to deal
with that work-around, especially at line breaks.

you can print the IP directly from within the printer - hit the Menu button
when it shows INFORMATION MENU hit the Item button (one below Menu) until it
shows PRINT CONFIGURATION
then see what the printer's IP is and that's what you enter in the IP tab under

It is possible to copy a SINGLE optimization to one or a range of
systems - but as far as I know it is not possible to copy a RANGE of
systems to another region. You would have to copy one at a time...

Darcy,
I don't think it's possible what you want .
I think Darcy is asking to copy a range of systems' optimization and
copy it to a different location - he's not asking to SHIFt
optimization. I'm afraid you have to do it one-by-one - by the way
your example below should have read:

macro for showing layers (with Quickeys for instance), then setting
that up goes real fast.
My 2 cents,

Hi,
I have a bunch of eps files that need a different music font - is there a
quick good way to go into these eps files and change one font to another?
Changing the font in the Finale files is not an option, because they are
lost.
I'm on Mac, system 9 or 10.

I have quit the application - re-installed, rebooted - anything I can think

Did the same install on my system Jaguar Powerbook - works fine there.
Why?
Thanks,
