installing atlas again but first run the command "fink info atlas" and
read the 'Usage Notes'. Now how did you get grass installed so you

The problem is your running fink 0.4.1 on 10.2 and, this is only meant
for 10.1. So I am not surprise that the new dlcompat hasn't shown up
because your running the 10.1 tree and it ain't there. Follow the
instructions here for upgrading fink on 10.2

released so do a 'fink selfupdate-cvs' to make sure you pick up the
package and also there is no binary for it which means it has to be
