My advice is: run the script now to minimize the rebuilding you will have to
do later, but don't worry about things which were already built "wrong".

Here's a quick method that I just came up with.
cd /sw/fink/10.2/unstable (or stable if you are using it)
grep -r BuildDepends | grep x11
This returns every info file with a BuildDepend that also has x11 in it
somewhere (this adds everything from the x11, x11-system, and x11-wm
sections, too, but
I am trying to use fink to port the GTK/KDE applications to mac os x
with apple X11. But I don't know what I need to do after I get the patch
and info files for one package from fink. How can I utilize those
patches and change the makefile of the package.

As was mentioned recently in a post about kdegraphics, I am also having
difficulty resolving dependencies Re: libpng/libpng3. I was trying to
install amaya_7.1-1 after a CVS update-all, but I amaya quits
immediately with the following error:

before applying the patch. Since I run Gimp in X11, I assume that it
