it; anyways, I do not plan on installing all of the same software on
this machine and have noticed that going through the NetInfo Manager
that all of the groups and users that Fink created were left in there;

today and it opted to update quite a few packages, much to my surprise,
especially since I am setup to only do stable. So, they updated, but it
mentions that it has not upgraded 7 packages. Here is the output. Note

After lots of difficulties, I decided on one last reinstall of fink.
So, I installed the binary package. After that, I did:
sudo fink scanpackages; sudo fink index
After that was done, I did:
sudo fink selfupdate (and chose rsync method)
