which I see looks fixed on the debian site as

I saw one fink report at

https://trac.macports.org/changeset/109386/trunk/dports/lang/gcc48/Portfile
since they don't maintain explicit shared library lists.

Dominique, All
after much surfing, I found also
http://openmp.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=818&p=3321&hilit=OSX#p3321
which suggests
gfortran -static-libgcc OMPdriver.f90 -o OMPdriver
This seems to build workable binaries on fink's gcc 4.4.0 , if you're

Hi Dominique,
Many thanks. FWIW, this builds in
older gcc version under linux OK, so I guess the mac builds are a bit
behind on some features.
I'll look forward to the new gcc :-)
Best wishes,
James.

Dear all,
I'm not quite sure where to ask this question, but someone
here might know.
What is the status of TLS and openMP on the gcc and gfortran
suites for OSX at present? Things seem to fall over on my current fink
gfortran, for example.
Do I need custom installs?
Best wishes all
Hi All,
quick question 1. Can I get a fink gfortran that will build
universal binaries? I.e. accept
-arch ppc -arch i386
type flags?
Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
James.

Dear All,
I'm using a very recent Xquartz (2.2.3) + fink on OSX Leopard,
which I tend to use mainly as a
remote X11 client for various Linux boxes running fedora 8.
Since upgrading to leopard/Xquartz, remote ooffice from a Linux now hangs.
Other X clients are fine. I can't tell whether
related to bugfixes which might appear in
XFree 4.5 Xquartz, which isn't yet (to my knowledge) available to
Fink users on Tiger?
Many thanks,
James Gunning.
