Apologies for being just barely dangerous a
error message in your report. This
generally consists of a compiler line starting with e.g. "gcc" or "g++"

I need help synchronizing my OS X computer with my Linux Server. The
connection is being made from the Linux server to the OS X computer via ssh.
Unison was installed on the mac pro via Fink, and I am using the unison-aqua
installation. Unison runs fine on both computers when used locally.
Works for me on two machines (1.25GHz PowerBook G4, 800MHz iMac G4).

due to its slowness .

I have interrupted the tar command after a long period of waiting. I presume t

I have the problem that ncftp was updated on the website. Now the "old"
src files are not there anymore and the fink update process fails to
fetch the source tar bal
