Martin, I believe that in XCode 1.1, gcc 3.1 was unbundled from the default installation (as gcc 2.95 had been unbundled earlier). This means that we should adjust our virtual packages to include a virtual package for gcc3 (which probably hasn't been done yet), and then add a BuildDepends on
