Hi Jean,
That sounds like something that can be fixed! And Fjords do have a

A have a friend whose horse appeared to be having stomach distress. That is,
biting at her flanks, tender when touched in that area, kicking at her
stomach, and showing an overall irritable attitude. Many of the classic signs
of colic, but

I have a question about the fish poop, once having had an aquarium I hated to

I have a comment to make about tank heaters. When

corporate head quarters and point out that Petco is closer than Petsmart, but I

Hi Lois, that's a *shocking* tale! I think I've got a similar mystery, maybe
there's an electrical guru among the group who can tell us... Each year at
the Haddam Neck Fair horse show, a couple of usually staid, unflappable horses
will take

Just checking up on the Winter issue of the Fjord Herald that was

I received a $10 gift coupon in the mail today with a letter from Stateline
stating they will be leaving all PetSmart stores. It is good for my next
Stateline purchase in the store. Guess I'll go see what's left!

I, too have seen a few horses over the years who are really sensitive
to big power lines. I know one dear Connemara mare who doesn't like
one particular P.A. system in a covered show arena - she always
balks, and she's not a very balky

We have high voltage lines in our area where we ride. I have been told that
the voltage can affect the bits in a horse's mouth. We try not to ride
directly under them if we can avoid it.

I am new to Fjords. I have a mule and I roach his name with a pair of
