Hi Jean!Well the idea, in the abstract, is a good one, but in
actuality/practice it becomes FACISM. So as much as we may like there to be
laws that dictate how many kids or how many horses a person can create, it

My two cents on this: when my mare (not a fjord) became seriously
ill she was at the big vet center in the area they had done
what they could with her medically and financially for us within our
budget (she was an older mare also) . we discus
re to try and change
people's minds and actions and pitch in where we can to promote adoption/rescue
over breeding and humane euthanasia over slaughter.
