I operated 1D to give out points, 80/40 cw only.
Had to use CWX for buffers and paddles connected to back of SDR1000
as Writelog's cw buffers will not work.
Writelog will key the SDR for the proper duration of the buffer but no cw is
sent.
Hope I can fix that before the major contests come up.

I use n1mm. I think any program that runs CW in software will fail, or at
least give mediocre performance. I use the K1EL keyer and it works flawlessly.
I think you can get away with one CW software process that is well integrated
into PowerSDR. I doubt your ever going to get the timing

I really did not think it was possible, but I love my SDR-1000 even

Well, I never bought a kit, even, until it was cheaper to buy the kit than

You say Writelog is 25 years old? No way! You say it has more
problems than N1MM. Have you tested and compared the two?

Thoughts please (stirring the pot!)
Thinking of a feature request, maybe.
Listening to sideband signals, I have noticed over the years that when one
is tuned off the frequency the error seems to show up in a sound like it
might be a beat between the components of the speech and the numerous
I'd have to agree with Ed. 25 years ago was 1982, and the IBM PC was a
mere babe in the woods. I don't recall WriteLog being around until the
Windows environment was well established, which was in the 90's.
Just my $0.02.

I run an SDR-1000 into a pair of SGC-500's driving a pair of dipoles
with the phasing done on the input of the amps. This turns out to
be a killer set up. I'm pretty fond of the SGC-500's. I'm not sure
what I'd recommend for power supplies, though. I'm using three, yes
three, of
