I am almost with Eric. I see no performance hit AT ALL on the Flex 5000 but I think you are using a Delta 44 and another SDR hardware so I cannot comment. I am using for the development a P4 3.4 GHz hyperthread, socket 478. It is pretty ancient. The VS2008 runs with less CPU% than the 2003

Mike I am getting those spurs at the exact spacing you mentioned. When I put the display in spectrum mode to magnify an individual spur, I see that each spur is comprised of 3 peaks. The second peak about 450Hz away from the first with the other three 300Hz apart. Disconnecting the antenna al
