engineer, I didn't like this solution and asked whether the factory

You are right. Hardware PTT is inhibited when you power on the radio using the
permanently depressed power button configuration on the FLEX-5000.
But, I do not think this behavior can classified as a bug per se, because there
is no defined design requirement for the radio to work with t

it there is a folder with change notes created after running the update. But
I'd like to read that before I do the update.

noticed problems.
The only thing I do is make sure that when I'm booting

increased the priority to "Above Normal" and now all is well even when I
start a DOS program. I have been running this way for some time with
