Bob, There is nothing wrong or out of calibration with your radio. It will never return to S0 unless certain specific circumstances are met. The S meter is showing the total (integrated) power within the RX passband filter. For the S meter to read zero, the total power within the RX passband

[Flexradio] Laptop firewire problem

After a few enjoyable weeks with my Flex3K and my desktop,I fancied using the F3K with my laptop. Its a Toshiba Satellite P100 running Vista Home Premium and has a 4 wire firewire socket. Now this little socket is frail and the slightest movement of the Flex-supplied cable causes it to freeze.

I have WSJT properly configured, it is working on the HF bands. When I go over to 6 meters with my F3K, the WSJT RX noise level (should be around 0 db) frops to -37 dB. How can I increase audio out via SDR so that I get a level of zero dB in WSJT? I can do this no prob on the lower bands.is it
