Knowledg
Question, has anyone run a Flex 3000 on field day. I was curious if I was
going to have an issue with less then predictable power output of a
generator. I was going to plug in my 1300 watt ups system into the
generator and power my Astron RS 35M and computer from that. Any thoughts.

OK I'll be the one to ask, how small is a small speed bump? 1 week maybe
2?
Also congratulations to the family.

OK well I am not sure how I feel about copying the file over to a new
directory, I may either wait for a 2.0 or reinstall the whole thing into a
new directory. Am sure your way of doing it Neal is just fine and I trust
you, but I think it will be a more clean install this way.
Thanks

Hi guys, I have another issue I'm hoping you might be able to help out
with. I was wondering if any of you use the built in keyer on the flex.
I say about 30 % of the time I have to restart the Power sdr because I lose
the delay that keeps the transmitter keyed. Instead of the keyer staying
key
Well just having the flex 3000 for a few days I have discovered a huge FATAL
FLAW!!! And I think it needs to be addressed immediately. I now notice
every time I operate this radio how very awful other people are and how
badly they splatter there signals all over the bands HI HI. It's
definitel
Hi guys, once again I have another question for all of you, I hear talk
about remote operations and I am curious, has anyone run into a problem
with the 3000 on a remote setup getting stuck in transmit mode? What I
would like to do is, log into my PC via a little program I like to use
called
Well after checking every setting I could think of, I found the problem.
Some how the mic input got unchecked and the flexwire input got checked, all
seems to be fine now, yeah yeah i'm a knuckle head.
Thanks and 73

Hey all, the strangest thing just happened to me. I was working some cw
contest stations through out the day today, I left the 3000 on all day, I
switched to ssb and much to my surprise I went to key up and I get no power
output what so ever. I shut the radio down and restarted PSdr and still
no
Any chance to get a look at the pictures of the shacks that were submitted
to the flex guys. Would love to see some of the setups. Maybe get a few
ideas as well.

I just want to thank you all for the help in getting this new rig setup, it
works just like I hoped it would. Now if I could figure out how to change
the PSDR skins to give it a little better look I'll be all set.

Ok I know I just read this in either the forums or on the reflector, did
some one mention about a delay when using DM780 and the flex? I am having
the same issue about 80% of the time when I go to transmit with DM780 the
radio goes into xmit mode but there is a good 1-3 second delay before it
act
I won't tell if you won't :)
