current is still being sent to the power amp and that would mean that the
unit is not really off. I use the switch on my power supply

To me the redirection of the Flex Radio is nothing more than about cutting
costs and increasing the profit. This is nothing new but when I first saw the

The one watt version didn't sell. It's use as a QRP was too limited so it
just didn't sell. If you have to have 1 Watt out onit, then bypass the 100 Watt
linear and there you are. Then when you or someone else needs 100 Watts you'll
have it. Try adding this amp 5
Anybody can still have the 1 watt version. Just buy
the 100W version and sell off the 100W amp
