I had the same problem and used the same solution. It pays to keep a clean
copy of the database in reserve.

Problem solved. Thanks for all the suggestions, but it was much
simpler than them.
The clues were that TUN worked, and that when I tried to TX, the
power started at 5W, then dropped quickly to 0W.

I may have lucked out with this bug. I set up my F3K and it seems to be
working fine with PSDR 1.18.0, receive and trasmit. I'm using
DXLabs/Winwarbler. Not knowing any better, I configured PTT to use "RTS
and CTS" on both sides, and that did the trick.
Now figuring out the operating practices

I have DXLab talking ok to Commander. And in WW it is decoding PSK. However
when I try to transmit PSK the WW
display looks like it is transmitting but the 5000 never goes into TX even with
the Drive at 100 watts and TX Gain at 40.
BTW I am using DDUitl and have DXLab on RCP1 CAT.
Thanks. It's so nice to get corrections at the speed of light! Every thing's
fine now, actually after the rebuild, it's better sounding on RX and TX.

I'm using 1649 and can transmit fine.
Try rebuilding you .mdb from scratch and not import from an earlier svn.
That seems to be the frequent instructions.
good luck

I missed what to do with upgrades above 1640. I no longer can transmit.
Switching back to 1640 restores the transmitter.

Tried alpha release 680 and CAN do transmit again, including Tune. Don't
know what happened with 676 through 679. I have a Personus card.

Well, I started with some attenuation, as the input to the spectrum
analyser states a max of +20dBm, but I need not have worried...
With the reference level set to 0dBm the difference between RX and TX
was not great.

I've not yet built my DEMI board, let alone installed it. HI.
No, the XVTR option is not selected either.

David, are yoy sure you have not the "Receive Only" option checked

If this is the case, the "Tune" button should be Grayed out.
Check also the Tune Power setting in the Transmit tab.

Hello David,
I believe the power sensor is on the 100 Watt Power
Amplifier board, so if you do not have the PA, it
cannot read the sensor.
The PA is a nice accessory and I recommend it.
The ATU is nice, but for a home station, I would
probably get an external ATU so that I could use

I've been banging my head against a wall all day, on and off, trying to

OK, so, Tune, CW, SSB - no go. The power meter in V1.6.2 and the latest
svn both show 0.00W when I try to transmit. The power meter between the
SDR1000 and the dummy load shows 0W and there's

I captured some screen-shots of the Delta Control Panel settings that
I've been using. I make no claim that they're the 'best' settings, but
they've worked well for me for the last year or so.
