I just upgrade to the latest firmware and 1.16.1. Now every RX test,
including the general tests, fail on every band. I've run this test several
times in the past. I followed the instructions explicitly, twice.

One other thing. You need a clean default database where the only
things setup are sampling rate (96KHz), buffer size (1024) and the
Antenna selection set to simple mode and RX1/TX on ANT-1 and RX2 on RX-1
TAP.

1. Did you reboot your computer after installing 1.16.1? I understood
from Dudleys note that it was required.
2. Did you follow all the steps in the KC article (no antenna
connected, dummy load on ant 1, rx2 set to rx1 tap, driver set to
96000/1024, nothing else running on
