Do the conversion to table in Word.
Opening the Word file in FM.
Copy the table back to the original FM doc.

The short answer to your question is no. However, when doing the convert to
table process you are able to choose a table format to use as the target format
for the new table. Be aware that the table format only allows you to choose one
para format to apply to all the non-heading table

What happens if you don't include the title and header when you convert? If
that's ok, you could manually add the title and column headers after. Not great
