I've been using ActiveState Komodo for the last 4 or 5 years. The 4.x series
runs well on FreeBSD. The newer 5 series runs but I can't get it to debug. I
use it on FreeBSD and Windows it cost 250 or so if I recall.
ZendStudio is pretty good also but if I recall is more pricey but may company

From what I know Oracle do not have a good history with open source (and not
a bad one... yet)... they only took Linux from Red Hat and are
making money of it... I don't think they will give something back to open
source community but... we'll see...

In Opera, you can go to Tools-Preferences Goto Search Tab and hit Add
Button...
Fill in your Name and Keyord and for Address put this

That will give you the option to select FreeBSD Ports as a search
