I need the cf lines (not mc stuff) to scan for and reject any email with
--0700 in the date line - its what that new sobig has stuck on every
single copy to enter my system. Anyone know how to do this?

It all depends on the provider - the tech they use - for instance, we use

We started blocking on no rDNS several months ago, and it's been extremely
effective with low false positive problems. I heard that AOL started
refusing connections with no rDNS about a month ago which makes it easier
to justify our policies to the clueless.

Quite often this happens because you dont have a valid hostname that maps
to a ip address. This is a problem when you are using a dsl or cable
modem with Dynamis ips. I suggest you look into a Dynamic dns service. I
use dyndns.org for a free hostname / dns service. They run on the Freebsd
by default

Looks like the 'spi' are out of sync on the 2 machines. This is after a
quick glance, but I know on my IPSec setup, (with manual keys), the
spi's have to be such:
Stable in spi == Release out spi
Release in spi == Stable out spi
Are you using racoon? If not, post your ipsec script.

I am trying to install FreeBSD 4.7R on an Intel Celeron 300MHz PC which has
a 4GB hard drive and Windows 98 installed.
I have used Partition Magic to shrink the Windows partition on my hard drive
from 4GB to 3GB and created a 1GB partition for the FreeBSD installation.

Despite the fact that it's not mentioned in the docs, it does
appear in the amr device driver. I've ordered such a server,
under the assumption that it would work - haven't yet had
a chance to test it.

I have used the card successfully with Linux, BeOS and Windows (not XP)
so assumed it would be OK under FreeBSD too.

Hello,
I have a Compaq Persario 5360 and I'm trying to install 4.7.
The problem is I can not get the system to boot off 3.5
floppy drive. The system is old enough so booting off the
cd-rom is not possible.
I know you can boot off the floppy driver because I can boot
DOS and I'm sure the diskette
/lib/libdes_p.a - libcrypto_p.a
1 error
*** Error code 2
I'm sorry for all trouble, but this has been going on almost 3 weeks and
I just want it to work once.
