I seem to have a slight problem. I tried to update the Nvidia graphics driver,
as I do have this, however, when I typed in:
su root
/sbin/init 3
It closed my terminal, closed the desktop and seemed to be restarting VMware,
it went to the start up page for VMware, and asked me for usern
Please disregard my last email, my computer restarted and after this, VMware
loaded up normally.

So if the stats file in the tpN.long.base is empty then something went wrong
when I ran the longitudinal stream?
I checked the stats file and nothing was in there.

The easiest thing to do is to specify your output of mri_surf2surf as
mgh format instead of curv. The read that directly into matlab with our
MRIread() matlab command (ie, no mris_convert stage). Make your
computations in matlab, then write them out as mgh format using MRIwrite().

'relatedness' therefore the resulting information (e.g. segmentation
labels, volume measures, thickness measures, surface locations etc. )
