TvProgram chanes. By initialising (not in init but right under the
Class) all the variables as None they will be visable to the marmalade
serialization. I also changed tv.record_client.py to allow_none which
does just that.

- a graphical configuration for standard parameters should be nice.
This could manage the theme chooser, the plugin list, and so on. Not all
the stuff but allowing user to change things without editing the config
file

It would be convenient to have "include" and "exclude" functionality here.
I.e., I use samba/nfs to access images and music from freevo. I don't want to
re-organize the directory strucure of my fileserver, but would like to tell
freevo what to use/show, what to hide and what to password-protect
