To build LIRC you shouldn't have to do more than ./configure follow the
gui then make, make install

Q: Who can tell me the versions of lirc and FC3 thay have working together?
Did you compile to a source kernel or with the --with-kernel tag, or did you
use a lirc*.rpm?
