I had the same problem and finally went to the Apple site and downloaded
each of them separately, did the install one at a time and all went well.
The automatic thing just didn't seem to work, at least for me.

travel with my Pismo (it's small enough to fit in my bag). I find it to be
more comfortable for typing. At home it serves for cooling and also as a
swivel base to make it easier to reach the back for connecting cables and
such.
OK, so where does one can buy this CoolPad?

No. Sorry, but the computer needs to be awake.
And to add my 2 cents to the on/off debate:
My Pismo stays on 24/7 (when not in my briefcase) with screen sleep time
set to minimum, using spare cycles to work on distributed.net cracking

I'd read about this - does it still happen with 10.1.5?
Yep, probably always will in OSX- it's just how unix works. Think of it as
turning on server logs, which you can go through to figure what has been
happening. Unix operating systems (and OSX is no exception) unless modified

You do =not= want to delete this, as it won't be automatically regenerated.
That is the actual little preference pane that loads in the system
That's the actual preference pane itself (the app that runs under the global
System Preferences application). I'm trying to nuke the preference file FOR
the preference pane.

In my unscientific test, my Pismo's feel cooler when on the CoolPad than
when they are on a hard surface, plus it saves wear and tear on the pesky
rubber feet that were always coming off before I used the CoolPad.
I have only used the travel version and have never used the Podium version
