Wait? Never! I installed Tiger last night. I waited a few days to see if my monitor would explode if I didn't. Installation went smoothly, a lot quicker than I expected. Optimization was extremely fast. So far no problems. Tiger seems smoother, just like Panther felt smoother than Jaguar. I'm

I have a Mainstreet and a Lombard, both in good shape. I want to upgrade one of them for everyday use until I can afford a new laptop. I have 2 uses other than normal stuff: 1. I have an ap that uses a 2nd monitor (or TV) for general use by an audience. If you *must* know, it's a karaoke ap.

Hector brings up a good point. I haven't used audacity, but Sound Studio allows you to go back and try to tune up the sound files with equalizers, filters, etc. You can also do stuff like reverse the file (listen to those Beatle songs and hear John say turn me on, dead man). CD Spin Doctor
