My experience with a Series II is that the Panther installer chokes , i.e. the video goes haywire a few minutes before the end on the install. I reboot and Panther seems to work, but some programs do not work or are not installed, e.g. Stuffit, Safari (but the app and alias in the dock are both

I just got a used Wallstreet to play with. I am not very familiar with OS 9. My MacLife started with OS X. So, this OS 9 will not let me mount a UDF disc! It wants to initialize it. The UDF extension is there but not working. I have verified the disc is good using my iBook and 10.3.5. I
