Hi,
if you don't have to distribute at once, I would use the SVN-version of
Gambas. I used the 2.x version too, but experienced a lot of "troubles".
It is stable, but in the SVN aka 2.99 aka 3.0 you will find many
improvements. In my experience, the SVN pays out - no matter what
database you are c
on other workstations at
once, use the SVN. Gambas 2.99 aka 3.0 has a lot more of features than
the 2.x versions.
Velcome to the club and many reagards,

Hi Benoit,
I tried as you told me, but I get errors.
First, without root I do not get the trunk; it loads but trunk ist
almost empty after getting the SVN. SO I tried with sudo
This worked, but then I seem to get permission problems.
Here the output of ./configure -C

Hi Benoit,
thanks.
I'll try what you told me before sending the output, so you don't have
to mess with something that perhaps though works...
And still do not understand that I get SPAM in the Mail-Address, but I
soon will change provider, have to look then...

Am Mittwoch, den 28.
Hi,
I installed the latest SVN from the scratch, now having a problem
starting Gambas.
Removed all existing files as follows:
sudo rm
-f /usr/local/bin/gbx3 /usr/local/bin/gbc3 /usr/local/bin/gba3
/usr/local/bin/gbi3
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/lib/gambas3
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/share/gambas3
sudo r
Ok, Benoit
it seems to be some kind of error here,
my mail-address should be ok,
If not, I will change it at once

I wonder
do you sleep at all?
It is great, how you managed to make Gambas a good language,
it is better then VB ever was.
It is easier to use, and I think you are really a master,
considering how awful it is to use QT, for example.
With the best regards for a great work

hi, seems like you have tendesial troubles ;)
in Gambas there are NO problems accessing a database.
I use it all the time, take a look at this;

Hi, I agree,
if I had a set of Listboxes, where each stores one option, the options
wan't be changeable, and all you have to do is to store the index of
each listbox. Where to store - what one likes, settings are surely ok.
