Hi Nicol, Sorry, to say there is no fix for this issue. Microsoft's Mike, Mary, and Sam voices are no longer supported on Windows 7. For one reason they are not 64-bit voices, and for another they are Sapi 5.1 voices. Windows 7 comes with Sapi 5.4, and by installing the 5.1 voices you may have
