There is some kind of bug with the ship that I've been trying to spot. You are
the second person who has experienced it, and sadly I can't seem to get my own
game to do it to help me find the problem. I'm pretty sure there must be some
kind of typo that I introduced during the last major

There is no setup file. Actually, based on the error message it looks like
you're trying to run the game from within the zip. Extract the zip into a
folder and you should be all set. There is no need to actually install
castaways, but it must be extracted first so that the game can find all

i always surround the storehouse and tavern with farms, in fact I tend these
days to reserve squares close to the storehouse for this purpose and stick
none essential stuff like houses a ways off.

Well I've just finished another game on mission 2.
I've worked out how to keep cloth up, makes as many serfs as possible! they
don't half work fast!

on raides.

Don't worry Dark, I will always keep cooperative play and competitive play
separate. I know many people prefer one over the other, so I will try to
slowly develop each. Sharing resources has been in the works for a while
