Hi chaps,
Just a quick note to say that if you're looking for extra beta
testers, I'd be happy to help out. I'm not much of a coder yet myself
so won't be treading on any toes
I was told to get in contact with someone.
I'd like to ask to be added to the list and dropbox for the project.
As to another comment, NO you cannot race trains.
I think there will be a system to work out regarding speed limits in upcomning
blocks of track.
For example, say you're going 80mph,
piterm...@gmail.com
you will have to email him for im details but its dead easy.
you need a dropbox account, and you need other things, however not to bad I
have windows messenger 5.1 loaded here.
you need autoit v3 installed but thats it so far.
I am now getting a entire download of the entire

Hmm. I wonder how such a train simulator would work. Would you just be
cruising along going past stations and stuff like that?

I thought the same until I found myself engulfed for an hour on night, just
reading about train signals and RTC (Rail Traffic Controllers, like ATC for
aviation).
It involves skill. You've got a timetable to keep to, along with signs and
speed limits to obey.
We just need to find a way to get
active
development.

Hi Shaun,
Umm...Racing trains in MS Train Simulator? I don't think so. As far as I
know you can't race trains in Train Simulator. It is very much like a
train version of MS Flight Simulator in that it models driving real trains.
For example, first you are given a list of trains to choose from.

the game properly, he doesn't care to mission on those things and will cheat

Good news. I've done some poking around an I've found an open-source Train Sim.
It's called Open BVE. The main menu is the most accessible of the Train Sims
I've tried.
Here's my rundown. Keep in mind this is days old in my head, so it hasn't been
fleshed out much.

well its good you have the trainsim thing going.
