You can do:
mount -o loop /location/of/iso/file.iso /mnt/cdrom
That will mount it on the file system and allow you to grab stuff out.
You might have to specify a filesystem type, can't remember.
If that's the case:
mount -t iso9660 -o loop /location/of/iso/file.iso /mnt/cdrom
