gnome-nettool has no branch 2.16, however the stats page[1] (where I get
what branched to what) shows that its getting its po from that. Or so is

It looks like Glade3 is breaking string freeze. Not sure that's
appropriate but I have a slight suspicion it is not per [1].
May be it's time to branch for gnome-2-18 and continue patching on
trunk?

My guess is that you need to setup your plural forms rule. Not sure how
to do that in Rosetta.

That is the default view, with the sidepane preference set to "left".
You can try Arabic by issuing:
LC_ALL=ar_DZ.UTF8 gtranslator
You should install the Arabic locales first though.

Andre Klapper explained it well. In short, if your plural noun is
quantified using a variable (e.g %d) then please use plural forms.

You can more or less get the same effect temporarily by filtering
svn-commits-list if you tolerate the high volume.

I think it is the new guidelines regarding proper MAINTAINERS files.

I followed the thread.
This update is a lot of stuff. And it seems that it's still changing constantly.
First, are you absolutely sure this is stable now? I won't touch this
until it is.
I personally can't help but think it isn't. I am not sure what
methodology was used to prune or conside
~ 1 month left (effectively three weeks after the first one week
period) to fully translate it.
I wish you guys would consult translators first for such big changes.

directories. Some don't and ask NOT to introduce a Changelog entry.
Some removed the ChangeLog file all together.
I don't mind either way, but it would be nice if we had some
