[PATCH] Fix for Bug 673768

Hello gnucash devs, The attached patch (from trunk r22252) fixes bug 673768 - Report options forget the hidden accounts, but I am new to gnucash and gtk development in general, and I would appreciate a review and maybe some testing before I submit it to bugzilla. Thanks, Lee Thomas

I've spent four hours hacking scheme code, googling, searching mailing lists, bugzilla and source code to try to add some DIV and SPAN tags, and some CLASS and ID attributes to the invoice report. I don't see where they're being filtered out, or how to change this behaviour. I can add an IMG
