I'm moving from Sage Accounting and have set up GC from my trial balance
information. In Sage I had a number of sub accounts with totals and
can't seem to get the same display in GC. I am also unable to show my
old account numbers on the accounts page - nor to sort them as per the
Gnucash.org is down. Is there any information as to when it will be
back up. Thanks.

In Gnucash 2.6.21, the standard report title for an Income Statement reads:
(Company Name)(Report Title) For Period Covering (start date) to
(end date)
which for my purposes is too lengthy.
In the report's generator file, income-statement.scm, I found this:
(gnc:html-document-set-title!
and through that have done intensive skills development
over time.

Please ignore last email. I have sorted it now ( thnak goodness!) by
installing 3.3 again, but to a different folder. I have found that this

I am using Kubuntu 17.10. When I finish with GnuCash I was told to just
school down to "quit" but that does not help. How should I close GnuCash
so that the file is in the correct place to retrieve it.

I have this problem too (starting yesterday). I was going to do a post -
then, late in the day, the problem went away! But now it's back again.
I wonder if this is a connectivity issue with whatever GNUCash uses for
currency sources? (This is hard-wired I think, and I'm not sure what that
is).
