I have a dual 3.56 dual Xeon that I am not going to upgrade any time soon. However, it has a AGP 8 slot in it that currently is using a All in Wonder 800XT. The TV tuner quality is so poor it is worthless. It does allow me to capture from my digital cable modem, and that quality is very good.

It's a total system recommendation. The 7800GS doesn't require anywhere near that (20*12=240W) amount. Hell, even the 8800GTX doesn't pull that much. By the way, kind of a tangent...the ATX power supply spec has been revised such that a 12 volt rail no longer must be limited to 18 amps. It's just
