I have been in extensive contact with Anne Ray, the contact for the
JSTOR Hebrew Titles Project (more info
here:http://about.jstor.org/hebrew-journals-pilot-project). JSTOR
has a preliminary list of Hebrew titles, but is interested in
receiving suggestions for other titles, as well

all, but would be very happy to speak to any librarians interested in
