After upgrading to windows 10 (from 8.1), Source games are not loading custom fonts and I can't figure out why. I've tried a few source games, mainly Fortress Forever and NeoTokyo and they both had the problem. No changes to ClientScheme.res were done. There are console warnings right off the bat,

I am having the same exact problem launching externally with -game, and havent figured it out so far. In the mean time I just added -allowdebug -dev to the launch options in steam and created a desktop shortcut. it sucks because you have to manually attach every debug session in the meantime .. On
