you must to prevent to have some null bones into the skeleton hierarchy,
often time it comes from a bad habit when you are rigging the hips. ( null
bones are bone without vertex influence )

Hey Eric to fix that problem i had to go in steamapps/PROFILE/sourcesdk and
copy the steam.dll into sourcesdk/bin/source2007/bin and the sdk works
again after that.

there is a way to run as -unsecure server.dll with a VAC authorisation
code, not sure where i read that, probably on github.

How many time do you expect guys, for the steamAppID 243730 (source sdk
