This is what I have:

Ever since I added this, my server is full 24/7 pretty much.

I don't think the real problem is how the servers are sorted. I think
the real problem is weather or not you make the list. There are
thousands of servers not getting on the list. That means no traffic.

are you sure? because the comments I've seen about this is people were
having issues with programs like bearshare and lots of IE windows, etc. I'm
not talking about the 'home' edition 10 connection limit thing, I'm talking
specificly to changes made in tcpip.sys in sp2.

Windows XP SP2 will have no effect on this as long as you have
allowed hlds through the fireall. The 10 incoming connection limit
only applies to SMB connetions

Just did an update
The client connections of XP and 2000 deals with network shares (windows
client connections) not TCP/UDP connections. The HL server status is a
udp packet. Since UDP is stateless there is no way to limit connections.
Stateless protocols really never connect to an end point, they just send
packets.
I belive it's 10 sockets per process.. someone double check me on that.
However there are modified tcpip.sys files available around the web to
remove or increase the limit. From what I understand this really should not
effect the hl browser.

Hi. Sorry if this has been brought up before - but has anyone mentioned

there's a newly imposed limit of 10 connectionless requests, or
something akin to that. Wouldn't the client requests for server status
fall into that? I

Well if you want to block hacks, look at the hacks available for VAC and
