is said to take days or weeks and multiple cheating

If VAC is reporting the ban, then you have to talk to Valve. But don't hold
your breath until they do something about it. No matter what the reason,
your friend is pretty much screwed if VAC is reporting the ban. However,
this has nothing to do with hlstatsx.

probably deserved it. If he is truely innocent, and VAC has falsely banned
yet another person, then your friend is screwed. He will need to go and buy

list those banned by VAC on hlstatsx monitored servers.

setup, or if the server game/ip is wrong. Have you gone into admin setup via
