I had the same issue running xp sp3 - I did a system restore as there was a
windows update last night that I downloaded after shutting down... The
system restore seems to have cleared it up. I only went back one day. Give
that a try and see if it clears up the error for you.

The easy fix to not having hlds spam go to your phone is to stop mailing
