First off, your servers aren't Vanilla if you're running MetaMod Source and SourceMod on them. Vanilla means they are stock as though you downloaded them fresh from Valve. Second, you're running a DEV version of SourceMod that is way way out of date. FIX: Update SourceMod. You should have done t

It would seem to me other countries would be less likely to use your servers on a response time basis alone.
