Classic / Modded as opposed to Internet / Custom seems a rather good
Only for TF2 I think... the workaround is either confine TCP traffic on your
server port to whitelisted IPs, or rate limit TCP SYN packets (ie new
connections), globally or on a per-IP basis as you choose or your firewall
permits.
