Wait for the games to be ported over to the new Source 2007 engine
before requesting missing features which are (from what I gather)
required to be added to the engine.

people have a chance to join or left if they don't like the server.

It was purposely removed at some point in the creation of CS:Source. I've
had correspondence with a couple Valve employees regarding this issue, and
I'm confident they will not be fixing the "missing" font definition.

like cs 1.6, it can display any colour message on client screen at any
position.
HL2 DM already have HUD messages display, but why remove in CS:S & D
