I did the update and now I still get the message "Your server is out of date.
Please update and restart." Yet i can now connect to the server and play. I run
a couple 32 player servers and this happens on all of them. Am I correct in

It still overwrote the gameinfo.txt, but I was happy to see I did not have
to redo the other files.. so Valve.. was that a bug or what?

I can not believe it, this update did not overwrite my
maplist,mapcycle, or my motd file.
Was this just the updater bugging out or can I hug someone at Valve
while saying "Finally"?

So you prefer a fully working updater and no patches?

I am getting "Failed to load the launcher DLL. Specified module could not
be found." now after the update when I try to launch tf2. Clearly the
appropriate move is to shut my tf2 server down until 6 months pass so maybe

U..
Why are you updating gameinfo.txt with the exact same file that was pushed

happened and needs to be
Alfred, please post to hlds_announce when there's an update. I have that
programmed to txt me and otherwise I don't see these for 30 minutes,
typically, since you guys always seem to release on nights when I'm not at
home =\.
